I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

I can't speak for today's young women (fewer kids these days), but every at-fault accident I've had involved a car full of misbehaving youngsters or a youngster barfing on the floorboard. Since women are still overwhelming the parent who provides most childcare, I have to wonder if this is the reason women have more accidents.
I just reminded this... lol
When I was younger, my brother was driving us to school and we made a stop and got donuts and other snacks. He nearly wrecked the car because the donut bag was stuck on his hand and he couldn't grasp the steering wheel to turn the car. lol. He was waving his arm around like a manic and donuts were falling out and rolling all over the car.
He was also hit by a car recently, but he wasn't seriously injured.
My brother apparently has some issues with paying attention.
Well - vehicles certainly aren't designed for short-stature individuals like me. But most women are taller than me so I've had 2 accidents and both were because of what the person in front of me did. I've never had issues at intersections and the like so I don't see what's the deal there.Dr Sivak said this might be due to height difference between the sexes.

It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now.Pynchon - Gravity's Rainbow
