    I'm betting that when this is all over and done with we will find out that he did. He better hope he is damn well covered by insurance also because IMO this is going to cost him a ton.

    he's already started liquidating his estate. by the time they get around to suing him, he won't have anything left. my guess is, at 85, he's not going to be around much longer anyway.

    He may not outlive the lawsuits but what a lousy way to go especially when you consider what the alternative would have been. There will now never be a Joe Paterno day at Penn State. No big retirement tour. No NBC analysis position.
