While doing research on online consumer protection features at eCommerce websites, I stumbled upon this bulletin at Overstock.com's website where they accuse Goldman Sachs, Merrile Lynch and other Wall Street hedge fund execs on charges of racketeering and corruption. It's interesting and alarming at the same time because I don't recall hearing anything about this in the news.

The forthcoming court date is scheduled for December 11, 2011, and Overstock.com plans to "hold Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch accountable and expose a slew of illegal Wall Street practices to the public."

...WOW!!!

Great, I wish them all the luck in the world as they will likely need to fight Goldman Sachs and those in the federal government who have been put in place to protect them.
