Boehner: 'Too many people' in the room

There are “too many people” in the room to work out a deal to raise the debt ceiling, House Speaker John Boehner said Thursday night as negotiations between President Barack Obama and congressional Republicans remain in stalemate.

Sounds like boehner would like Cantor to go get himself lost....

For once I can agree with Boehner.

Without the Tea Party, I think a deal could be struck.

The narrative in the background is the split within the Republican Party - and that split could ruin our economy in ways that will make 2008 seem nostalgic.

I think theres a strong chance that the majority of republicans are eventually going to tell the teaparty caucus to go do piggy nasty to themselves...I think they are sitting by watching and waiting.....I believe some of them are getting uncomfortable with the far right nutjobs

If Boehner wants to do his job, he's going to have to find a deal that enough Democrats can pass in the House without the Tea Party.

Otherwise, I'm afraid we're going down.
