Libya shows tough face against rebel mountain push

I posted this because I wasn't reading much "news" about this invasion of Libya and here was an interesting update. The rebel raids were prededed by many air sorties, indicating that NATO is coordinating with the rebels. Who woulda thunk it? The air raids and rebel raids would most certainly be killing many civilians. Think deeply. Do dead civilians in Western Libya (Qaddaffi's stronghold) count to the NATO body counters the same as dead civilians in Eastern Libya or is there some unknown method to discount bodies, sort of like unemployment calculations. I profess a great ignorance of these matters and could use some help. I'm familiar with both the smell and the touch of dead bodies and for that reason it is hard to miss one, even if it us under something. How do they do it? If you don't count a dead body, does it still smell dead?
