Jerry Brown and Democrats team up on budget plan without GOP input

The budget Jerry Brown signed actually prohibits layoff of teachers. First he signed a sweetheart deal with the prison guards so they can bank as much sick, bonus and leave time that they want and cash them in during their last year to bump their pensions through the roof. Now the teachers Union get's theirs for their support and money in getting the old coot elected.
