Refer the home cleaning service to the IRS to check their books to see if they've got the woman accounted for. If she's not, then that company jumps up on the list for the next time around when prosecution funds are freed up.
If the individual in #4 is going to college in a state that doesn't allow instate tuition for illegals, then inform the state of his illegal status to ensure that the proper amount of tuition is being paid. If it isn't, then he's committing fraud and well...jumps up on the list the next time around that money free's up for prosecution.
Oh, and push for congress to raise your budget to be able to prosecute more people violating our laws since we're getting 50% more than we can prosecute by your numbers. Or perhaps take money away from our prosecuting funds for attempting to sue states for enforcing the laws the federal government is saying they don't have the money to do and actually use that money to ENFORCE THE GODDAMN LAWS.
