No class...
so, what you are telling us is that you have proven nothing
got it
I proved they were union protestors
A student association is not a workers union. You are simply wrong again. (your erroneous beliefs notwithstanding)
In what other thread did you do that because it certainly was not in this one.
You have proven conclusively and beyond the shadow of any doubt that you hate unions - that you hate union members - and that you are willing to blame them for just about anything if you think you can make political hay out of it.
Beyond that, you got zip.
Are they protesting because of a union issue? If they are not involved with the unions why would they do it?
Interesting that there is no proof that it was unions.interesting.
so..... if it's not unions, then we can all agree it was crude, and poorly done.
....but if it is unions then somehow the nature of the offense is changed by it's perpetrator.
So then why are they protesting a union issue?
who is this THEY that you are going on about?
Do you actually believe that members of a union have absolute control over which citizens decide to exercise their rights of assembly and speech in public before the governor?
:doh
Really?
Uhhh ever heard of workers rights?
Uhh because they believe people have a right to be in a union and they believe if your in a union you have the right to collectively bargain.. They believe in workers rights. If they are not union members why would they care?
Maybe but doubtful. Have any proof of this? Or are you just making up stories in your head again?Could it be the influence of their teachers that are in the unions?
Actually it does. Its called being factually correct.Does not matter either way
Well thats the organizations opinion. Good for them. But im still going to hold to my opinion and i see no wrong in protesting Walker at this ceremony.what they did was wrong and even the organization they were p[art of said so by trying to distance them from this protest.
Yes it does. Being factually correct. If it was or was not unions does not matter.
They were protesting a union issue and they disrespected the Special Olympics
So then why are they protesting a union issue?

Because nothing says "classy" like protesting a bunch of special needs children, and trying to take away their day.
 way to go, unions! way to stick it to the man!!!
but here is the OP who titled this thread as being about union disruption
and what we find is there was no union
and there was no disruption
so which reich wing web site was the basis to initiate this thread
No disruption ? Groucho Marx understood human behavior so well: "Who are you going to believe ? Me, or your lying eyes ?"
The students were disrespectful punk idiots.
Rachel Grant, a spokeswoman for the Special Olympics, said officials were nervous when the zombie protesters first arrived, but they turned out to be peaceful.
"We were all a little bit on edge, but it turned out for the best," Grant said. "Nothing was disruptive at all."
Kelly Kloepping, another Special Olympics official, said the protesters were respectful and did not diminish the excitement the Special Olympians felt about being in Madison to meet Walker and other leaders.
"We feel it's really about the athletes," Kloepping said. "We knew the protesters were there, but they were respectful of our athletes."
you keep insisting there was disruption. but according to the special olympics officials on site, there were none:
Uhh because they believe people have a right to be in a union and they believe if your in a union you have the right to collectively bargain.. They believe in workers rights.
My mothers best friend she is not in a union but she is politically involved she went all the way up to Wisconsin to take part in the protests going on in Madison... Why would she care? Umm because she believes in the things i mentioned above.. Are you seriously that naive and biased and ignorant?
I could play your game.. If im not in the military and a service member dies why should i care? Why should i show respect? Im not in the military...
Maybe but doubtful. Have any proof of this? Or are you just making up stories in your head again?
Actually it does. Its called being factually correct.
You claim that you have this proof that Unions organized it and i want to see this proof you have...
Well thats the organizations opinion. Good for them. But im still going to hold to my opinion and i see no wrong in protesting Walker at this ceremony.
Yes it does. Being factually correct.
I would call it at workers issue. Naa they did not disrespect the Special Olympics at all. If they would disrespect the SO they would be all like "retards suck", or "retards vote for Walker", or harass the athletes or be rowdy and annoying. Didnt people at the ceremony even say they saw no disrespect in this protest?
What makes an issue a union issue in your mind?

Good for you.I have been in Unions and even been a shop Steward.
Workers in Wisconsin are not forced to join unions. I dont think anywhere people are forced to join unions. You have the right to be in unions but we are slowly seeing that taken away from us.I will no longer join a union and good thing is I live in a right to work state where i can't be forced to join a union like workers are in Wisconsin.
Lame...Unions abuse power and are just another arm of the democrats.

You need to look up what is meant by a "Right to Work" state or "Open Shop" state, verses such as a "Closed Shop" state. There are 22 of the former, where you cannot be compelled to join a union. Wisconsin is not one of them. Wisconsin is "closed shop". For instance, every state teacher in Wisconsin pays union dues.
Meanwhile...while retards in Wisconsin and their supporters still believe it is a 'good thang' to pimp out a Special Olympics ceremony, how many other states (including states with democrat legislatures and governors) have followed the Wisconsin lead and recognized that the union contracts have devastated their budgets?
