LOL, I just got a text saying he did, so I posted something I thought matched that....guess we'll have to wait a few more hours until he really resigns.
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

But - he's not going to do the dignified thing and resign... we'll see how long that lasts.
I don't see why he should resign if he hasn't done anything illegal or against House rules.

And, yes, before you ask I believe the same thing with regards to Republican Congressmen too.
Also, we need to legalize recreational drugs and prostitution.

Yeah, dignity, class... all but a dream.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Should Sen. Vitter have resigned after it was revealed he was seeing prostitutes?

And neither of those are requirements to get elected to Congress.

Did Vitter do numerous national interviews and news conferences where he lied about it? if so, then he should have resigned.

Actually, I hope that Weiner, the arrogant asshole, holds onto his seat. Everytime he shows up in public he will be a joke line. The good citizens of the USA need something to laugh at, don't they?

    Presenting Sen. David Vitter:

He drags out his wife to standup for him.

You're right... but it would be nice to have as part of the human race.
