I have to admit that's an entertaining story.

I read this yesterday and I was ecstatic...I like Ludahai cant stand BOA, they are the epitomy of whats wrong with corporate america. Greed, Callousness and their we'll screw our own mothers attitude...I had checking savings and mortgage with them...Everything is gone, I dumped them entirely.
Everytime I get a SASE solicitation from them, I stuff a note in the prepaid envelope with this simple sentence, Your bank Sucks...and I let them pay the postage.
