I really have no answer to that. Stupid thinking I guess but again I'm sure he's being kept in the loop with what's being discussed. I don't understand the point of this topic. It's just a frivolous attack.

what? no it's not. Senator Reid has openly said it would be foolish to do so. There Is No Democrat Plan. There was a progressive budget that some individuals put out.... that had less support than the Ryan Budget by far (I don't think it even got a majority of Democrats).
