as most of you know, I have two adopted sons that are black. we don't spend tons of time discussing racial issues. we tend to deal with them as they come up or as the boys have questions. I myself find a wide variety of females attractive. skin color is the least important variable. I have seen some very attractive women who were very dark skinned. both my boys are teenagers now and the subject of girls comes up quite frequently.
neither of my sons finds black girls attractive. neither one finds redheads attractive (I am a BIG fan of redheads) the younger one (13) seems partial to blondes and the older one (almost 16) seems to have a thing for the asian girls.
I don't see how this can be a "cultural" thing since I have always expressed a diverse sense of what I thought was attractive since they were both younger.
