I liked and you underlined the "aiding and abetting", part, which is the most lucid of all the arguments. An argument I've been making since the first TARP. This "recovery" is an illusion of the most grandest scale. It's an apparition, it isn't real! THE DEBT from the mortgage backed securities is STILL there..

A little note to make to people: usgovernmentrevenue.com is a conservative website which selectively cherry picks statistics in order to generate biased charts so as to push their political view.

YES! Just because a web site puts up a graph and claims they got it from official references does not mean they didn't selectively pick the numbers or even make them up.

For example, why does that site project that the current US debt is $15.5 trillion when it only barely passed the debt ceiling of $14.3 trillion? How did they come to the figure of $15.5 trillion? Notice they reference all their own graphs to their own site. They don't reference the actual reference material that they allegedly retrieved the information and if they do they provide a list of materials which they claim they garnered it from. Furthermore, it is run by well known, politically active conservatives with an agenda to push the GOP's agenda. Am I to believe that they did not selectively pick statistics in order to generate these graphs?

can you reply with numbers from a source that you would claim is more credible, demonstrating the actual total direct revenue?

All because of defensive, gotcha politics. The president who isn't tough is an appeaser, a wimp and will automatically lose all the Hawks, and closet Hawks, votes.

You could figure that much out yourself. I already demonstrated at least one area where their numbers differ from the official estimates. I'm not going to go through every chart they disseminate just to please a conservative who wants to defend a conservative site.

    Total Debt.

Let me google that for you
