Pakistan PM Warns of 'Full Force' Response to Future U.S. Raids

Gee, you think? It's why Pakistan and the U.S. can act only so bitchy toward each other: if we left and allowed the Taliban to take over, the Taliban would have the nuke, which by extension means Al Qaeda has the nuke, which means we nuke Afghanistan out of the sheer terror that a group sworn to destroy us actually possesses the means to do so.

Then things will start to get really ugly.

So rattle your sabres and puff your chests out as much as you want with regards to Pakistan. We ain't leaving til the Taliban and Al Qaeda are dead like yesterday.

This is my position on this...

1 A-stan nor the Taliban attacked us on 9-11 neither did Hussein

2 We went into A-stan to flush AQ and deny them an area

3 We should have pulled out of there as soon as AQ did.

4 Fix A-stan? Bull****... nobody is gonna fix that ****hole

Pakistan to overtake Britain as world's fifth largest nuclear power | Mail Online

Lets not underestimate, the Pakis

Pakistan is on the verge of overtaking Britain as the world's fifth largest nuclear power at a time when the country faces an unprecedented threat from extremists.
American intelligence agencies believe that Pakistan now has more than 100 deployed nuclear weapons, an increase of nearly 40 per cent in two years.

If they do that they lose, and they know it.

as for the Pakistani Government - this is an empty threat to appease their people. the problem, however, is that it seems they are willing to appease their people and enable anti-US sentiment.

YUUuuup; it's about time we started becoming Real Good Friends with India.

Fortunately, in recent years, the U.S. relationship with India has improved. The two countries don't agree on everything, but democracies can respectfully disagree on issues as the bigger picture is support for democracy and human rights.

Agreed, but if you've ever been to India, you know they don't believe in human rights. The caste system is alive and well.

The way I see it, if Pakistan can't control it's bin Ladens, we will do it for them.

Sure, we can fix it, if we really have to.

And continue to spend lives and money? The tribal nature of A-stan makes it very difficult, if not impossible

On nation building....When and where it is reasonable, to our advantage and those being helped are helping themselves. A-stan, today may not be that place and if it isn't, we shouldn't insist.

It persists, though it is officially illegal. We can only help what governments do and what they stand for. Do you want to hold the U.S. government responsible for the ills and imperfections of its people??? Oh wait... China does...
