We (the US) got Obama. The spewing of partisan talking points and lies won't change that. Credit goes to Obama, but it goes to a lot of others as well. Most of the credit should go to our troops. It doesn't matter if they are "Dems" or "far righties" and why you would bring that up at this point in time is not really a surprise to any of us. How about you put aside the partisan bull**** for once and just celebrate the death of a horrible human being. Is that too much to ask?

bin Laden Dead!!!

The U.S. on the ground in Pakistand caught and killed him in a mansion outside of Islamabad!!

Great news! Woo-hoo!

Details are sketchy, but CNN is reporting that bin Laden's body has been transported out of Pakistan, and that it was a ground operation. I'm thinking CIA. I'm also thinking there aren't many citizens in Pakistan or its government that hasn't known exactly where this guy was for years. Islamabad is a major modern city, not some cave in the tribal wilderness.

Sorry, but Bush failed on this... even ignored chasing Bin Laden. This should have been done 6 years ago, even before setting our sight on Iraq. As a Bush supporter you should feel that shame. Bush failed on this promise as well.

All I know is that he was killed by an American soldier. I don't care what party that soldier may have belong to nor do I care the color of his skin. He was an American soldier and that is cause to celebrate.

The fresh death brings the number of U.S. soldiers who died in Iraq in April to 11. That's the highest since November 2009 when 11 troops also died.

He would not be nominate for dog catcher in today's republican party. He was far too liberal. If you want to believe otherwise, you fail to understand how far to the right the Republican party has tacked.

I have hard time with the fact W. left office before this was taken care of.

1 year from the day 9/11/2002 - Bin Ladens head should have been on a pole at the Port Authority bus terminal.

W. and his boys had so many counter-productive agendas, the actual hunting of terrorists took a back seat. It sickened me to think of people jumping to their death from the WTC while Cheney Rummy and the gang took us to war in Iraq--based on lies.

That is how it is done? Glad to hear that you have no problem using drones and firing missiles into civilian areas of another sovereign nation. My how has liberalism changed.
