Well, actually, the Libbos were all jacked up over the killing of those two clowns, as well. Some suggested that Bush was, yet again, guilty of some sorta crime.

NATO has defended its targeting for missles, rather than appologizing for killing civilians, and starting a review of targeting practicies and procedures.

Double Standards can backfire, like when Kennedy supposedly tried to assasinate Castro, with the Mafia, but he and his brother got hit themselves within a few years.

US CIA has never applogized for Guatemalla, or Viet Nam "suicides"
 
Bad intelligence. Again. They were aiming for Khadaffi... missed again, wiping out the one son who wasn't involved in politics and his children. If these eff-tards can't get decent intelligence, they should pack up their missiles and get the hell out. :(

There is no reason to believe NATO knew Gadaffi was there at the time of the bombing and there is no reason to believe he was the target of the attack.

With all due respect, **** China, Russia and Turkey. Not one of those nations has our best interest, or more importantly the best interest of the innocent people of Libya, in mind.

When those 3 scumbag nations decide to do the same, then we'll care WTF they say. Until then though, they can shove it up their communist asses. (minus Turkey, they're just scum, not commuscum).

The US has a long history of supporting dictators when it suits them. One of WAS ****ing gadaffi, Mubarak, Pinochet...

Turkey doesn't oppose the mission, they oppose the killings. Erdogan was bitching about the intervention initially but that isn't the issue anymore.

China and Russia just outright hate the whole damn thing because when the time finally comes and there people rise against them, they too will slaughter and bomb their own people and so are putting themselves in Gadaffi's shoes and can sympathize with him.

A bunch of scumbags, your scumbags, in Libya began violent insurrection and the ruling authority attempted to quell the killing and violence that the scumbags started. The violence would have been quelled a month ago without the destabilizing influence of foreign governments and their money, intelligence agencies, and weapons. This is simply about OIL. Free food, free education, free housning, free healthcare under Qaddaffi and I want to know how you expect to improve on that. Oh wait , you think we should just kill a few thousand more men, women and babies. How novel. You will be pleased to know your mindf*ck has worked. Thank your media and your educators/oxymoron.

Just what does the opposition demographic look like in Libya? Have you been following it closely enough to determine if it is a wholly mass-populace based thing, or fomented by a few core groups with some noticeable figures involved?

The other issue is why Libya ? Why not Iran or Syria ? Whats good for Gaddafi should be good for the Iranians/Syrians, eh?

There is no way this thing is going to be able to remain limited...Fear at the horizon.... at the 5 to 10-year mark ahead.

Wrong. Gadaffi started a pro-reformer witch hunt and they where forced to defend themselves, you need to brush up on events.

It is suspected that someone in the house had a slingshot and was thinking about, maybe, perhaps, might be gonna shoot some stew (in pot on stove) at ships 50 miles offshore. Libyan patriots sack and vandalize British and Italian embassies.

The Sheeple better remember that if we directly sack Quad High Fi, WE WILL BE EXPECTED TO REBUILD LIBYA. We can't afford it. We're already investing BILLIONS in the material transformation of Iraq and Afghanistan into 21st century-countries, when they would NEVER have reached that status on their own. WE NEED TO STOP BANKROLLING THE WHOLE WORLD.

That is the problem, and I'd agree with the general sentiment. Funny how Conservatives are suddenly realizing this, it's part of what Colin Powell was saying the whole time.

Personally, I think we're making a big mistake by going in "sort of." We're basically setting ourselves up for another terrorist haven to pop up when Khadafi is gone. That started to happen in Iraq too, but at least we were there. At any rate, another exercise in nation building is not something we can afford right now.
