That's true for some but not all. One of those who died was a taxi driver singled out by one of enemies to help him get in with us.

But here's one example of someone not picked up on the battlefield:

An example: Mauritanian Mohamedou Slahi, 40, a German-trained computer technician shown squinting for the cameras at Guantanamo. He was arrested in his North African homeland after Sept. 11, sent to Jordan for interrogation and then in August 2002 to Guantanamo, where Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld had him subjected to so-called enhanced interrogation.

They are not citizens of this country, they were captured and imprisoned and given constitutional rights....
And woah woah wait, i thought terrorists cannot be given the status of "Prisoner Of War"...
So I was right. You looked it up and couldn't find a single example of a POW or terrorist given US constitutional rights.

    meanwhile:

ksm was captured in march, 03, and was subjected to harsh eit's

    within a month, he caved

he subsequently became langley's "preeminent aq source," he conducted "terrorist tutorials"

one of the many names he offered up, dozens of operatives our agents had never heard of, was the courier to ubl

it was al libi, also waterboarded, who informed us of the significance of sheikh abu ahmed

neither wapo nor abc (the only sources cited) mention exactly when ksm and al libi fingered sheikh abu

but it is clear in all accounts that this key intelligence was uncovered during the time when ksm was cooperating---"and to an extraordinary extent"---with his interrogators

that is, in the months when ksm was conducting his "tutorials"

it is what is, folks, them's the facts as reported by wapo and abc

and of course the msm's are ultimately reliant for their reportage on THE CIA'S INSPECTOR GENERAL REPORT

which was released in 2009 by THE DEPT OF JUSTICE

But did not give up the name, and we know of nothing proven that helped. We only have claims that he gave up important information. We only know he confessed to everything, which torture is good at getting. So repeating claims that he caved doesn't provide evidence that we actually got anythign.

I repeat, immates started giving information in 2007. Torture stopped in 2006. Please address this.

Are pirates, bandits, would they be considered "terrorists" back then?
Also i never actually claimed that a terrorist have had constitutional rights i am just saying i believe they do have constitutional rights.... That is my whole point.

No candle toting lefties in NYC. No protesters in DC. Nothing.

Do I have to go back and find your quote? Would you admit it then? No!?! I didn't think so.

Read the ISG report. The key findings is only 19 pages long.

Saddam had nuclear weapons plans, long range missile plans, and his IIS had clandestine labs producing chemical weapons.

    From the ISG report:
Saddam wanted to recreate Iraq’s WMD capability—which was essentially destroyed in 1991—after sanctions
were removed and Iraq’s economy stabilized, but probably with a different mix of capabilities to that
which previously existed. Saddam aspired to develop a nuclear capability—in an incremental fashion,
irrespective of international pressure and the resulting economic risks—but he intended to focus on ballistic
missile and tactical chemical warfare (CW) capabilities.

    No logical conflic at all.

The information gathered by EIT's led to Osama's death.

I guess you don't know that Bush asked lawyers at the Justice Department what they could do to interrogate captured prisoners.

That's how the EIT's came about.
