As far as "war crimes," Rumsfeld should have been forced to resign after Abu Ghraib. That's about it.
I'd just like to know whose fault this miscalculation actually was... An investigation into the mishandling of the war is something all Americans should be demanding.

Faced with the same situation and responsibility, Clinton, Gore and even Obama would have done the same thing.

The war on terror, yes, but Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. That was bin ladin and his buddies, primarilly taught in Saudi mosques and financed by Saudi money. Bush Jr. went after Saddam because Saddam wanted Bush Sr. killed. He said so, I saw it on Tv, so it has to be true, right?

There were maybe frictions between El Baradei and the Bush administration in the past, but I doubt that El Baradei said that Bush should face criminal investigations when he was at the head of the AIEA (until 2009).

Or maybe they are just a large enough religious group to have crazy out croppings.

If not, than baptists should openly accept Westboro as one of their own.

I can agree with this... look at what our government has done to this country. Mind you, I am not ignoring the fact that many citizens and voters are their enablers.

Last time I checked enough people approved of President Bush to re-elect him. I call anything in between prima donna bull**** tactics. When asked the hard question we have heard the resounding answer.... the Bush administration (and the House and Senate) both handily won re-election...

Oh and btw.....The ones bitching about how bad the Bush administration's decisions were should take solace in the fact that Clinton was also re-elected for what many saw as four more years of complete BS. Sounds familiar...eh, dude

Don't be tedious. The REASONS for his assertions have been consistent since 2003. The Bush admin on the other hand has changed it's story... How many times?

Since the facts he's asserted from the beginning have been born out... Why would you need to have someone else draw that line of conclusion? Do you people not understand that such dangerous precedents of ignorant justifications can be used by any party in power?

Actually, I am not a pro Bush, far from that. It is just that Baradei knows that no international court will judge Bush one day or another. Of course I am not sure of what I claim, but I would not be surprised if Baradei said that to please the Egyptian public opinion.

Fair enough.. But I think the point is... It should. Hell... We should. What does it say about us as a self governed people that we don't hold our elected public servants accountable.

Sick and tired of the fake indignation and moral relativity based on party lines. Right is right. The rule of law is the rule of law.
