Violence in another Mc Donalds almost kills customer

Screw the manager, no minimum wage job is worth it. I would have stopped it.... I know how to punch the throat. That takes all the fight out of most people.

The transgendered man went into the womans washroom, where the two black woman noticed that he/she was a man and went ballistic

As a side question for all the parents here

If a male transvestite went into the womans washroom where your daughter which your daughter was in and someone came out saying there is a man in the womans washroom what you you do?
 
Last week here in AZ a white perp beat the crap out of a 72 year old white man, pulling him out of his car to do it, road rage was involved, not race. The guy was caught....
No accident, no damage, just a pissed off punk....I hope he gets serious time and loss of drivers license for at least 2 years.
If you can't control your temper, stay home.

You are not obligated to do anything and shouldnt provided all the person is doing is going to use the washroom

But apon hearing a man is in the washroom with your little girl, I expect quite a few people will do something not particularly pleasent

This isn't the old west, you don't go in with guns blazing, you find out what is going on first...and then you use the sense of proportion. The women involved should have just called the cops, but chose to be violent animals instead.

And yet we have posters here stating they would choke slam, body slam, shoot the two women without finding out what when on first? Sounds wild west to me. What if the TG got caught peeping on one of the two women which is why they started fighting

What if? you use your sense of proportion.....the women are not judge and jury, they don't have the right to attack a perp for a non-violent offense.
They made themselves perps when they went ballistic, then good judgement says bystanders should have stopped the attack.
I don't pretent to understand the transgender psyche, but whatever it is, it is NOT a criminal offense. To attack a person for being transgender is a hate crime. You know that....
 
arrest them all-let the DA and the GJ sort it out

Most likely it would be settled out of court.


As a retail manager I have yet to be in the presence of an actual fight in my store but my company has similar policies in regards to trouble making customers. We're told to kick them out and if they dont go, call the cops. If it was up to me I would point a shotgun to the SOB or have the attack dog on standby (I have personally along with two other fellow managers have lobbied to corporate about having store dogs) ready to attack.

Some of you want to take the "screw getting fired" attitude ok, let me ask you this; How many of you that run business would hire someone who was fired for getting into a fight (regardless of the situation) I sure as hell wouldn't take that risk. My district manager would scream up a storm if I did something like that and rightfully so. Bills don't pay themselves.

There is a difference between transgendered and transvestite.

A transgendered woman is a woman, and has every legal right to go into the woman's bathroom. A transvestite is a cross dresser, not a transgender person.

Damn right. I draw the line WAY before kicking someone in the head that can't even stand. It was a bathroom. The victim was a woman whether she was born that way or not. She had every right to be in there.

Choke slams would have been plentiful.

So you're saying some people are sooo trashy that they value their minimum wage burger job over living the rest of their lives knowing they should have taken action? Then those people are parties to the crime, and, if nothing else, become liable for a fraction of any civil damages awarded to the survivors.

Look, there comes a time when being a man means making the decision to do what it right regardless of consequences. Those people at that McDonald's haven't joined the human race.
