You do know what independent means right? It means generally they go either which way on issues.

I merely prefer siding with workers. I know you guys hate workers, and prefer to demonize teachers, as they are the evil of the world. But I see it differently. Workers are the backbone of our country.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

Organized labor destroyed the state that I grew up in, and destroys a free market.

    They have the signatures...
Doesn't mean squat. So they got the requisite amount of their union supporters and friends to sign a piece of paper... Let's see what happens when they loose the referendum....My guess is you won't see that reported.

Yes, maybe til recently. Today it is just a convenient hiding place for progressives that are being outed.

Am I not a worker? I work for a living damned hard. Why do I need to pay off thugs that should be prosecuted under RICO laws in order to be considered part of the working class in this country by you Bolsheviks? And don't you really mean proletariat? that is what you really want to say isn't it Joe?

of course you're a worker, but not to first to vote and go against your best interests. You clearly support business and politicians over workers, excusing them relentlessly while demonizing working folks. You're not paying off thugs, your paying teachers, and not an excessive wage. Not only are they college graduates, who make less comparatively, they have to contnually update their education.

And no, I said exactly what I wanted to say. You might join the thread I have on teachers and unions in the education forum, and perhaps you can try to support your claims with something more than mindless opinions from something like the American (non)Thinker.

Where is your facts and proof behind this? Still no one has answered how unions have "destroyed America"....
Yea sense the free market is so awesome. Its the free market that allows jobs from here go to China, Vietnam and what not and use child labor, sweat shops, and slave labor in the name of "cheap wages"....

Right sorry that an independent disagrees with you on this issues buddy... Does not make him less independent...

Didnt unions agree to pension cuts and other cuts?
Didnt they just want to keep their collective bargaining rights?
