Obama to reporter: 'Let me finish my answers' next time

President Obama has troubles with voters in Texas, and, apparently, with interviewers from the Lone Star State as well.

"Let me finish my answers the next time we do an interview, all right?" Obama told reporter Brad Watson after an interview with WFAA-TV of Dallas, one of four interviews with local television stations at the White House on Monday.

The exchange is toward the end of the video.

What a child this man is. Thin skinned, and unwilling to be challenged in his answers to tough questions. In fact anyone remember during the campaign, reporters he didn't like the questions of somehow disappeared from the press pool?

This is a man that likes to 'control' the media and when he can't it rattles him. What a loser he is.

This is The Obama Way. And his buddy, Raum, ascribes to the same playbook. I can't find a link, but Emanuel has temporarily ostracized a few reporters for their "uncomfortable questions." The press corps has responded with, "This ain't Washingon." I just heard one of them interviewed on the radio this morning.
The devil whispered in my ear, "You cannot withstand the storm." I whispered back, "I am the storm."

Haven't you noticed that with a LARGE amount of the media? Apparently, everything needed to be fair when Obama and his administration entered office.

This isn't that uncommon. The White House tries and gets as many friendly reporters there as possible to portray them in a better light. Secondly, there is a difference between asking tough question and getting answers and being an asshole reporter. Continually interrupting the interviewee is an asshole thing to do.

well you can't really blame someone for getting upset with being cut off mid sentance. he is the President afterall.

With his comments that were caught "off camera", it wouldn't surprise me that he is complaining a bit much. It's understood that the media will do whatever they can to try to get an answer. If he doesn't like it, then perhaps he shouldn't interview as much. Then again, that could create a different problem all in itself...

Isn't it appropriate to let someone answer, completely answer a question when you ask one? Why ask a question if you don;t really want a complete answer? Sounds like what you would find on a politicakl board where the person asking the question only wants the answer they've created in their mind.

Getting an answer is fine. But being an ass and keep on interrupting him when he is trying to answer is different.

Obama has been babied since the day he announced his run for president its been nonstop pandering to him...he is totally unprepared to be asked real questions.
