"He who does not think himself worth saving from poverty and ignorance by his own efforts, will hardly be thought worth the efforts of anybody else." -- Frederick Douglass, Self-Made Men (1872)
i do note you used the expression "republican candidate" rather than the direct counterpart, "republican president"; is that an indication you have already written off 2012?
the problem isn't the president being interrupted by some little nobody and letting it get to him so he loses a little presidential composure

You know, if you even resembled an honest person rather than the rage filled partisan hack your portraying yourself to be on this thread, you might have taken my original quote, rather than using the post where I paraphrased myself.

If a republican is cut off by any reporter while he/she is trying to speak and then tells that reporter, "Next time let me finish my thoughts", I won't compare him/her to Al Capone and I won't hint that he/she is a bitch for requesting such a normal thing to request.
Ted Cruz is the dumbest person alive.
AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.
