The lefts response is race or "you're crazy." Not real profound or convincing.
Usually circumstantial evidence gives way to proof in a court of law. Why not this time?
Because the circumstantial evidence ignores a boat load of logic, commens sense, and reason. I never said the circumstantial evidence was good, intelligent, or worth while...I just stated that it likely has FAR more to do with people buying into this idiotic notion than "OMG HE'S A BLACK MAN" as you were obviously pathetically attempting to imply.
I don't know what to think about this man. Questions keeparisingbeing invented by birthers.
Well, I know what I think about his policies and his ability as president, but his background is definitely full of holes and he doesn't make available the information presidents usually make available like school records.

Some would yes. Others wouldn't. Why is that? Well of course your hyper partisan mind was likely ready to go "CAUSE HE'S BLACK!" however I'd likely put it more to other circumstantial evidence...such as Obama's father being from Kenya which wouldn't be similar with Clinton, or Obama having lived outside of the U.S. for a number of years as a kid unlike Clinton, or Obama's apparent embracing of the parts of his hertigate that are foriegn which wouldn't apply to Clinton.
Now if you asked "what if everything about the situation with Obama occured identically in every way with Clinton except for the fact that Clinton was white, would the right wingers still cling to the idea that he wasn't a citizen" then I likely would say "yes, many of those going on about it now would likely still be going on about it".
Seriously, if Barack Obama was Barny O'Connel, a black man from Georgia who lived his whole life there attending a southern baptist church with his mother and army vet father while growing up to proclaim that America despite its faults is the greatest country man has seen and there was questions of his citizenship I doubt you'd have nearly as many people going on about it as you do now...and he'd still be black.
Because, despite how BADLY the left wants to make this a race issue (showing that even those on the left can be idiotic in exploiting those on the rights idiocy) this has far more to do with other circumstantial evidence then it does to do with the color of his skin.
The real idiots are the ones who somehow allowed this AF Col. to commit identity theft. Am I the only one who's even remotely worried about that?

"I was very meticulous and made sure everything I did was compliant with the law,” Hollister said, noting that he sent Obama an 1099 tax form.
A 1099 is an IRS income reporting form for independent contractors and free-lancers. Hollister did not explain how sending that to Obama complies with federal laws on the use of Social Security data.
Might as well throw these documents in.
And what does this prove?
Close... according to the SS website, the number is issued based on the mailing address provided on the application (the zip code in particular).which is meaningless, as ss numbers are issued on the postmark where the application was mailed from. additionally, mistake have been known to happen. good lord. so you're a birther?
2) If you live in Indonesia as a child, and your father applies for a SS card for you, then the number is given by whatever state processes it, in this case, Connecticut.
not issued in connecticut, but issued as an application that was mailed from ct.
Obama live in Connecticut? Not in his bio. He worked in Hawaii at Baskin Robbins before this number was even issued. Wouldn't he need a social security number to be employed?
You know, it's kind of funny, this thread isn't about a birth certificate, it's about a selective service registration and a funny ss number.
The mysteries surrounding this man seem to never end.

The Story of the Social Security NumberI could mail a SS application from Maine, with a Maine postmark on the envelope, to CT. If all my paperwork inside says I live in CT, that is where the SS number would be issued, and that's how the number would be derived... not from where I mailed the application.
