But I would argue that's more a product of the environment than the single mother. In the suburbs, I went to school with some kids of single parents (mother or father), only 1 out of the 6 or 7 I remember turned out to be slutty.

Sexist or not it happens all the time.

It is the father that keeps the kid in line, especially the girls.

So why would parents in the first place buy them? You can only go so far to blame a corporation.....

Isn't this the fantastic "free market" you guys keep trumpeting.
That's right. It's Abercrombie's right to market this kind of merchandise.

My POV is: what trashy as mother****er of a parent would let their daughter wear this kind of ****?

I find Mason66 to be correct. My ex-wife can't discipline our kids for ****. It's up to me to do most of that.

Or...we have different experiences. Why do some people never consider that other people just have different experiences? Why is it that other people have to be living in another reality? Ridiculous.

That's a f***ed up thing to say... You worked in an inner city public school, maybe that has more to do with it and their mother's marriage status...

I went to school with a girl raised strict, Christian... She married young, to a military, man twice her age, and had a baby. Now, she's divorced and living with a lesbian, Asian... her girlfried. Her family is a bunch of racist homophobes IMO too. I think it's funny.
