How horrifying. This is all the more reason for Israel to be more defensive and pursue terrorism within their borders and beyond their borders. May the injured recover and may those who have passed away rest in peace with comfort towards their loved ones.
 
With Hamas and Fatah both enduring popular uprisings in their respective territories and amid calls for reconciliation between the two, I can't say that I'm too surprised. This is designed to throw a wrench into any reconciliation talks between the two groups, undermine any democratic reform in Gaza or the West Bank, and unite the Palestinians against the Israeli bogeyman. If Netanyahu was smart, he wouldn't respond with military action in the West Bank. Sadly, I doubt he's that smart.

I suggest you look at a map and see A) where the rockets were being fired from, and B) where Jerusalem is in relation to them, and then revise your statement. :)

The rockets have been fired from Gaza. This happened in Jerusalem. Fail.

I will never be able to understand why people feel like they need to kill indiscriminately innocent men, women, children, young and old to get their political way.

Just because I feel like poking people with sticks right now, I'll point out that CNN (those Hamas-loving, Israel-haters) are giving more live coverage than Fox. Fox is currently ragging on Obama for not consulting Congress about Libya -- which is a valid story. I don't even want to think about MSNBC right now....

Calling terrorism militancy is an accepted p.c. sleight of hand these days, but there are many ways to be militant that do not involve attempts to murder innocent people en masse.

While it maybe on Jerusalem this isn't the first on Israel it self. Israel just need to flat out destroy Hamas.
