I mean we are only talking about a mere 8 weeks difference here. And I have seen arguments, one at least from the Obama administration that even after a child is born that doesn't rule out killing it.....So what's up in here?

Can I assume that all the regulars here are anti late term abortion?

This isn't an abortion thread nor an abortion issue AT ALL.

It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now.

I forget the name of the person, but in here last year in an abortion thread, he was arguing that sentience was the determining factor....Do you believe that at 8 weeks that child was sentient?

I'm not a person who has abortion views in regard to 'sentients' so obviously that was me and I can't answer for what that other person might think in this situation. I would hope they'd be equally sickened.

No, I didn't mean to imply, if I did....not you....But it is an interesting question concerning this thread I think...Also the laws that govern that a murder committed when the women is pregnant and the child is killed in womb, the offender is charged with two, not one murder.

I can't recall if it is Sustein, and I know on at least one occasion before the Presidency Obama himself has argued that babies born to couples unable, or unfit to raise them or something like that, should be exterminated.

    Very radical stuff....

Anyhow, this couple in ARK, is absolutely, and rightfully so going to prison. Where I hope that they get some hard core justice.
