So what is your opinion on the judges ruling? You know, the topic of the thread that you have not addressed.

All workers are forced into the plans that their employer offer. In the article your page links to it explains that the union and the officials liked the slightly more expensive choice because the cheaper one that that one district switched too limited your choices of hospital and doctor's. After you read all of the articles that are linked from that piece of dog**** you linked too then maybe we can have a discussion. I won't debate a blog titled "hot air" though.

Keep in mind, they don't report those facts on the fair and balanced station.

People who took a job, agreed to a contract, and worked that job. Fire them to pay off the debt caused by giving away tax breaks to big businesses.

They could raise property taxes slightly. Or raise the cheese tax.

That's essentially it. Cut subsidies and give aways and other benefits given to corporations and such. You may have to raise taxes since we're hurting so bad now in order to cover the short term. But these people signed contracts, they are adults and they have the right to contract.

In the end, I don't even see why any of this was necessary. It's my understanding that the unions agreed to the wage cuts now so long as they were allowed the chance to renegotiate their contracts when the economy improved. If that's the case, why was any of this necessary in the first place?
You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo
