If Walker thought he was doing the correct thing, he should have mentioned it in his campaign, not spring it on the electorate once he took office. The guy is an authoritarian dictator or should I say dick tator.

Their own manipulation and greed? Why did they agree to the decrease in benefits if they're so greedy? Back away from the talking points then maybe we can have an honest discussion.

Time to cut the budget for the judicial branch.

Why take the judge's decision out on the state union workers? Who's not making sense now? It was the Republican dominated conference committee that may have violated the state's open meetings law; your anger should be directed at them for such a basic and easily avoided mistake.

Don't think this retraining order will hold up under scrutiny. Seems more like a delay tactic than a serious effort to show the law was passed improperly. There's also some accusations that this Dane County Judge, has a bit of a activist background, but it doesn't really matter much. Let's let the law take it's course - of course this is just more time and opportunity for Trumka to bus in more union activists to scream and yell for another week or two.

He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

I asked you this in the other thread, but you ignored the question... let's try again, shall we???

Are elected officials ONLY allowed/supposed to address issues they campaigned on, and nothing else? Multiple posters have whined like little girls about how 'Walker never even campaigned on that issue', like it matters.

That is soooooo weak. He should have said it in his campaign? Gee, why dont ALL the politicians running just write a book about everything they are going to do and how they are going to do it before they get elected? Your argument is assinine.
In any case Walker is a hero in my book. State unions should not exist.

The standard rational rules don't apply when speaking about Walker. If he didn't mention it before being elected, he obviously cannot have the idea, change his mind, have a new thought or action once he IS elected.[/sarc]

Unions need to shut up or put up. The Republicans and Walker are freakin' heros! If one of the most common sense laws gets defeated and those democrats that run away from responsibility dont vote on it then the next step needs to be taken. FIRE them! Fire the greedy state union workers! They brought this upon THEMSELVES!
