Two thoughts on this:"See you guy's Monday Morning 5am...London Time," a post from the Twitter username OperationLeakS said.
"Meet my demands Release Pfc. Bradley Manning and I will remove every #BoA Employee from the Emails," the feed said Saturday, referring to the US Army private accused of leaking sensitive US cables to WikiLeaks
1) If we find out who the members of anonymous are who are doing this, they should be prosecuted for extortion.
2) However, the emails do become evidence, which can be used in fraud and corruption trials of any and all BoA employees who broke the law. There is no 4th Amendment protection in this case. This is tantamount to a man committing murder, and later on, a burglar stealing the murder weapon from the murderer's home, then getting caught with the murder weapon on him. Those BoA employees who committed fraud and corruption are about to be totally screwed, which they should be. They deserve it.
Who knows? Maybe sometime in the future, some members of Anonymous and some BoA employees just might find themselves as cellmates. LOL.
Article is here.
EDIT: Anonymous is releasing the emails now:
