Well, I am not into games much...but from what I have experienced, and I have had both, Mac's are a far superior machine overall.

I'm no computer geek but the quality of a machine has more to do with what the quality of your parts, much more than the operating system. I just like to shoot terrorists and aliens with my mouse, and that's best done on a windows machine, that's all i'm sayin
Nobody who wins a war indulges in a bifurcated definition of victory. War is a political act; victory and defeat have meaning only in political terms. A country incapable of achieving its political objectives at an acceptable cost is losing the war, regardless of battlefield events.

Bifurcating victory (e.g. winning militarily, losing politically) is a useful salve for defeated armies. The "stab in the back" narrative helped take the sting out of failure for German generals after WWI and their American counterparts after Vietnam.

All the same, it's nonsense. To paraphrase Vince Lombardi, show me a political loser, and I'll show you a loser.

Consoles are better for games, and Mac is getting better in the games department thanks to Steam.

Just got to know the definition you're using.

I agree that rites and rituals can be part of a religion and that this definition of religion does not apply to atheists. You say atheists accept ignorance on those questions. So what's the difference between atheism and agnosticism in your mind?
Agnosticism - both statements are equally valid given the evidence. Atheism - I have no reason to believe it given the evidence.

That's what atheism is, isn't it? A faith that God does not exist. If you believe He might, isn't that being agnostic?
No, as an empiricist I couldn't provide any amount of complete certainty to anything. I'm not certain that everytime I drop something gravity will apply. I certainly think it will to a point I don't consider myself undecided on the issue.

    Thank you, it does.
That alone is all that matters.

I thought the topic was the Jack ass Bill Mahr....I understand libs don't wish to address something like one of their own making this statement....Come on...Where's the condemnation? If this were Beck that said this, or some other conservative, libs would be all over these boards name calling.

And if were Beck who said this, conservatives would be all over these boards defending him.
