    Note what the bolded part says about assessments, not dues, dues are paid monthly, dues are to be used for Union purpose only. ie organizing, upkeep of facilities, and salary of staff, whatever.

    For political purpose, borrowing from the app ditty of “ We Have an App for that...” Well, We have a PAC for that. For political purposes.

    Same with emergency an assessments, it has to be voted on.I hope that clears some of the misinformation that is be shoveled and googled about.
