Yes, long term devastation to the public sector... very good. Never mind the overcrowded classrooms--who can get to school when there's only one snowplow in town

You far-righties don't think things through.

Meanwhile all the business get tax breaks, but who can shop when no one clears the snow???

That Gov was played by the Koch brothers. He's just a tiny pawn in the bigger game.

Proves the cliche: Elections have consequences. As much as revisionist history wants to win, Walker ran on this platform and he's followed through. Can't fault him for that. If there's enough people who can and formally recall elected members of the State, then so be it. It's the people's right to do that.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

danarhea, I think you are way jumping the gun on your conclusions but if you are right you will look like a genius. Your premise about how upset Wisconsonites are about Walker are exaggerated. Remember, he was voted into office by Conservatives. Most of the noise and vitriol thrown at him is from people who didn't vote for him and a lot of outside influences from unions and the media. I predict he will weather the recall storm and that his re-election next time around will be based primarily on how the economy is going. Nobody will care about this drama going on now. I wouldn't doubt that the Dems will outwork the Republicans on getting those recall signatures. That kind of thing is right up their alley. They dig the activism thing and they are very poor losers.

Tea Party people get energized and vote in a bunch of conservatives. Liberals get energized and recall a bunch of conservatives.

The people of Wisconsin kicked the Dems out on their asses and now they're going to turn around a few months later and welcome them with open arms? I just don't see that happening.

People have lost alot of confidence in the Dems. The Dems can't run on the platform of, "we're going to come back and do the same crap we've been doing all along", and expect to win a bunch of votes.

You're talking about national elections. I'm talking about Wisconsin where the Dems have had a majority for 14 years.

Maybe out of the vast interesting points out there, but this is just idiotic. Conspiracy nutters yet again.

Re: The Tea Party -- it's like going to a restaurant and ordering something that looks good on the menu. When the waiter brings it, you see that it's not at all what you thought, so you send it back.

WI has realized the Tea is just repackaged Corporate funded GOP. Send it back to the kitchen.

I guess you haven't been following the story. When you make statements without knowing the full story, it's you who comes off sounding idiotic.
