Put him in jail with the people who put in jail.

Doesn't matter, all that matters is that he is a tool of the prison-industrial complex.

Fraud, money laundering, tax evasion . . . holy crap - what a scum. Seems like this 'cash for kids' issue is just one small thing in his overall scummy layer.

I like that .... if implemented, it would also be a nice form of term limit, as every two years we would be looking for another 435 men/women to run congress another new 100 senators to appoint.

Re: Judge Convicted for Jailing Juveniles to "Jail for Profit" Prisons

If those Juveniles did someone to warrant incarceration then they should be incarcerated. So I do not know if those kids were needlessly jailed. The money he got may have just influenced whether or not he may have shown leniency, not whether or not the kids were guilty of the crimes they were accused of. Whether or not this money influenced him to not show mercy or to frame kids for crimes he should be severely punished. Criminals should be punished because they deserve it not because the judge is getting extra money to punish them.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

But only after being found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt by an independent and impartial judge.

It would be illegal to send him to a juevenile detention center.
