The average state gov't worker makes 38g's as does the average private sector employee. These people are bitching and have to pay less than half of what the 38g private sector people do for the same thing.

Ok, this being the case, should they not have any days left for the time off, won't that have to be made up on the end of the year? Ofcourse it will. 194 is the number of days required regardless.
