Brewer to Countersue Federal Government Over Immigration Enforcement

I love the way Jan Brewer is not just backing off when the Obama administration tries to intimidate the Governor and the State.

This is another feather in the cap for all Arizonans.

As aI have said repeatedly Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution spells out the following: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.'

This shows the Federal Government if not doing it's job. I also see it as a violation of the oath of office for a lot of Feds.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer announced Thursday that her state will file a countersuit against the federal government, claiming Washington has failed to enforce immigration law along the southern border.

The governor said the federal government hasn't secured the state's border with Mexico and has stuck Arizona with the costs tied to illegal immigration.

"Because the federal government has failed to protect the citizens of Arizona, I am left with no other choice," Brewer said.

It's not an 'invasion'... it's just a few million illegal immigrants, I mean... 'undocumented workers', coming here becasue their country sucks, and taking jobs away from American citizens.

(looks at definition of invasion online)
infringement by intrusion...the entrance or advent of anything troublesome or harmful
    Um.... nevermind.

The federal government is too busy turning citizen against citizen and further turning this country into a police state through unlawful searches rather than doing the most logical task of securing our border. They do not genuinely care about the terrorist threats. They are more concerned about policing all crimes by using unconstitutional methods all in the name of national security. Plus we all really like and benefit from cheap labor even though we don't want to admit it.
