SO if you dont like those people...FINE. Let the president call for a more peaceful tone...but howsabout he does it BEFORE he calls out latinos to target their 'enemies'. Oh...and it has been strangely quiet from the left, from people like you, and from the president, even though democrats this week on the house floor used some most ungentlmanly rhetoric. ****ing hypocrites.

The sheriff used THIS tragedy and then associated THIS tragedy with HIS bias...whcioch had NOTHING to do with the tragedy.
Exactly which statement of the Sheriff do you find so worthy of purging him from his duties in office that he has performed for the last several decades with the support of the people of his county expressed in elections over and over and over again?

How about tap dancing in the sticky blood of innocent men women and children and launching political attacks. Thats just for starters. Then, lets see if the facts bear out the allegations that his office not only has had lots of dealings with that ****head in the past but that he has made threats against others in the past as well.

well there is the matter of proportion....the left are rank amateurs when it comes to hatred. Obama can say target without implying the use of guns, Palin used scope sights. Beck even used the words "shoot them in the head" as posted on here, some other thread quoting him, the other day.
The far right that I know personally are a sad mixture of educated and uneducated, misguided elitists who usually call themselves christians, then act contrary to common sense and christian teachings. The left I know are seldom as bad...or vocal. As for the leftist pundits, they suck almost as much as the rightist pundits.

Did he actually tap dance in sticky blood or is that just your usual over the top hyperbole to muck up the waters?

    1) Well, we are speaking of the recall election of a public official, no?

    2) yes, they don't have to worry about their constituency

The only reason the left isnt as prevalent is because they dont have an audience. But for every Beck, or Palin, or Limbaugh there is a Rhodes, a Shultz, an Olbermann, a Weiner, and any other number of elected democrats. For Fox News you have MSNBC and damn near every other media outlet. Bias is bias...I dont care how you paint it.

NONE of which changes the reality that they had NOTHING to do with the shooting. We as a nation have spent the last 2 weeks ranting on about rhetoric...and its a fabricated bull**** argument. And do you REALLY think anything is changing, has changed or will change? Fox is still Fox. MSNBC is still MSNBC. Politicians are still politicians. Oh yes...the left did themselves VERY proud this week...calling republicans nazis, accusing them of wanting to kill children and old people during the health care debate.

So...UB...Im fine with changing the tone of national debate. Forget about the 8 years of the Bush presidency and the first 2 years of theObama presidency (or heck....the STILL ongoing attacks on Clinton and Reagan, and Carter). Lets be all hopey and changey about a more civil tone. And actually ACT on it instead of using rhetoric to attack rhetoric.

1)I predict that the "recall" is already over....it won't go past the noise stage that has already been submitted by the few far right who are offended by the idea that their prophets are being maligned.
2)the "constituency" of the pundits are beyond help, their brains died years ago....soap poisoning, lifebuoy bar soap....(movie reference)
