    No, not unless A) there was a federal law automatically granting citizenship to parents of anchor babies, or B) you blame the newborn infant for the illegal act. The person who is getting US citizenship didn't do anything wrong.

    Yes, A) There are legal ways to become a citizen B) I do not blame the newborn. I do blame the illegal act that is being done C) so you would take the citizen from its illegal parents. NO!

    No, giving birth is not illegal. The Parents being in this country is. The end result is citizenship is being given as the result of an illegal act.

    Actually, there are a number of liberties that our Constitution extends to individuals on our soil, whether they are here legally or not.

    Just saying.

    True, but that is not the point. Extending liberties to individuals who live in this country is one thing. Granting a person citizenship to someone who got it through illegal means is another. There is a legal way to become a citizen. I do not mind if it is given. I just dont want it stolen.
