O Donnell being investigated for misuse of funds

So, you're one of those who have already found her guilty without the benefit of even a cursory investigation? How else would you know that 'according to ethics', Christine O'Donnell's political campaigns appear to be schemes to serve Christine O'Donnell instead of the electorate. ???

If you think 'those' are examples of my 'angry posts', you haven't read many of mine. Your loss.

In any case, like I said... until she is proven guilty via an investigation or trial, she is innocent... or is supposed to be, according to the laws of the country I thought I woke up in this morning.

The impression you give is that you have already found her guilty, without the benefit of anything as mundance as evidence, an investigation, etc.

I feel sad for people like you. People like you are the reason things in this country are going in the wrong direction.

Oh, I'm sure she's guilty. Most politicians are. If it makes you feel better, I don't think she should be in any sort of legal trouble until after she's officially tried.

If the evidence is insufficient.. then let the records say so and toss this BS out of the courtroom. A biased and politically motivated investigation will not suffice or be tolerated in an open and democratic courtroom. But.. oh wait, what if the judge is corrupt and Delaware is corrupt and all of Ms. O' Donnell's appeals/constitutional rights are denied??? then off with their heads.

If the system is really that unjust and corrupt then I'd expect people in the streets, actively overthrowing and toppling all of the glorified tyrants..
