N.J. lawmaker questions absence of Christie, lt. gov. during blizzard

Seems to me, based on what Rev said, that Christie's management is so good, that everything was taken care of without him being there. Think about that!

Oh yeah....Being from that area generally, most of these things are set forth in plans of action just waiting for implementation. That can be done with a phone call. So unless one wants to be Cory Booker of Newark, Brilliant media whore move btw, then Christie is just fine, I'd say carry on Big Guy.

What did Booker do? I disagree with his politics, but he's one stand up d00d.

He shoveled snow and delivered diapers, I think. Anyway he was right out there in the stuff and on twitter.
The only people who would WANT Christie shoveling snow are the ones who would like to see him dead of a heart attack.

yeah, I'm not suprised. He lives on purpose in the worst section of newark,. his philosophy is that he should live no better than the worst in his city. If I still lived there, I'd vote for him for mayor, again and again....

the d00d is saving the place.

I'm reading now he was shoveling out an ambulance or some such that was across the street from him... like i said. guy is stand up.

don't start **** if you don't want it thrown back in your face.....

lying about me because you are a partisan hack is rather foolish.

note, I initially blamed bloomberg, a raging liberal in nyc for thier failures to plow. since yesterday I switched my blame to the thug unions...... I await your apology for your now twice false accusations any time....

http://www.debatepolitics.com/us-pa...ck-while-bloomberg-skates.html#post1059196537

aslo since this post, I pointed out we get storms like this almost every year, and not once have I blamed a governer for his wearabouts for a storm, D or R....

Again, I await, the honorable thing from you, an apology.

Sorry, Rev. You haven't done one thing to show me you are not partisan. I just had to call you out using the Strickland thread. Take a gander at it and recall for yourself. You even went as far as writing that taxpayers paid for the wife's trip too, which was provent o be completely inaccurate.

How about the last two god damn posts in this thread? Seriously you are something special here when you want to attack folks to the right of you...

No honor I guess. My bad..... I guess lying, to attack, is how you operate.

Don't you have a hurricane to blame on Bush or something.

Oh I'm going to get mileage out of this statement MG. :lamo

Diapers for the libs that **** their breaches because Christie was there to hold their hands?

BTW MG your strickland thing was retarded. PA got 6 measly inches when they cancelled that game, NEWARK GOT $30 inches and the DEVILS played thier game. You keep ignoring it, because, yeah, I'm the partisan.

Oh and if my man Booker was on a vacation with the O-man himself, it wouldn't of mattered, he had his city ready for a typical north eastern blast.

If something goes wrong in Canada.....IT'S BUSH'S FAULT.

Good for you, Rev. I have helped you see the light. I am proud. :)

You did no such thing. the only thing you have done is shown a lack of integrity by calling me a partisan where clearly, in this thread, and others, it was clear, I was not. But if that's how you want to back out of this hole you dug, by all means....

ME on 7-22-2010:

we support canidates who want:

to lower taxes

Reduce the size of government

act more accountable to the people.

Dem, republican doesnt matter.

For example. I'd pretty much vote for someone like Corey Booker (the current mayor of Newark) for any higher office that Chris Christie wasn't running for and he's a democrat.

Sorry, Rev. You haven't done one thing to show me you are not partisan.

You showed me nothing other than your hackery.

That proves little, Rev. I have seen enough of your work here to make an informed personal opinion. Sorry to have called you out, but felt I had to bring up the Strickland thread because the similarities are uncanny. Apart from your opinion.

Wtf are you talkimg about? ease link to this "strickland thread".

Oh in see the thread you are talking about.

Your lying about me again. But go ahead qukte me and explaim how i had the "opposite"
Position there.....

You've already embarrassed yourself enough.... I will have no problem continuing to make you look foolish here.

Go ahead you better start quoting me and make your case cause tomorrow i am going to embarass you over your partisan hackery.

Real quick..... Strickland left om vacay 3 days into the bp spill...

Mg wants to compare a bp spillmto a snow storm....

What she is being dishonest about is how i am being partisan... If you look at other strickland threads i state i didnt expect obama to be on site nor did i blame him formthe disaster any more than i blamed bush, and every prez since 94....

Christie was on vacation when the storm hit. We plowed our roads and ecerything was fine..... For her to turn this into a "lets attack the Good Reverend Thread" goes to show just who the partisan hack is....

Now mg, if one of our refineries in elizebeth blew up i'd expect christies fat ass to be back im the state alon with his fema manager (apples to apples).... But this was a snow storm... No one died, and wemdug ourselvesmou as we usually did. Comparing it to stricklands seemingly questionable use of funds three days after the spill for a vacation is hardly an equivelent situation....

You can apologize to me at any time.

I'm still waiting on someone to present the nonexistent proof that this was forecast to be a snowstorm in the Philly, N.J., New York area 48 hours before it hit. Got any ???

I don't have anything in writing, but I remember hearing that we were supposed to get a major snowstorm, sometime Saturday morning for Sunday. It wasn't that much of a surprise. Doesn't alter the fact that attacking Christie for being/staying in Florida makes no sense. There are several of us who live in NJ... and have lived here for many years. This snowstorm was nothing special, really. I got to work, roads were clear by Tuesday, parking was back to normal by Wednesday. It's NJ we deal with snow. The governor doesn't have to be in the state for us to deal with it.

I keep telling you. You just rather be a partisan hack about all this so i cant help ya anymore.

It was a snow storm predicted to miss us and be minor until THAT morning.

Still it was a snow storm.... We oPlowed and moved on. Like always.

No, Reverend. By Saturday morning, I heard it was going to be a major storm and we were going to get 12+ inches. Doesn't mean Christie should have come back, though.

Yep, it's likely that the storm was finally nailed down on Christmas day. I know that it was not predicted Christmas Eve night. There has been a lot of criticism on the weather forums that the 11:00 pm weather forecasts on local tv stations got the forecast so wrong.

It appears from my research that blizzard warnings were issued for the area around noon on Christmas day for the storm.

Dood saturday morning was chriatmas morning te day of the storm... They changed thier prediction from not so bad to 12+ like 6 hours (ok maybe 12) before it hit....

You proved my point and mg thanks you.

Also a couple other things.......

The LT Governer was on vacay..... He's a democrat. MG, you once again proven wrong in your baseless mouth foaming attacks on me....

Strickland would be the equivelent to the DPW chief in jersey going on vacation saturday night...... Another fail on your part.

I see you thanking CC for basically proving my point.... Come on, post something so I can hammer you some more. :lamo
