A rich dude escaping prosecution by paying off the Anti-Corruption police. Because I garuntee you that's what happened. Fines excluded.

Well **** me sideways, THIS NEVER HAPPENS!

Certainly not in a stable and prosperous place such as Africa (I'm from there, I know )

If I was in one or the others custody, I can tell you at least Dick would let me go eventually

This isn't a plea bargin, it is old fashioned bribery. What a shame.

Dick Cheney is probably the single most evil person I know of in the world today. His greed and thirst for power genuinely scare me. If there was ever a wealthy elitist who just sees us all as peasants to be fleeced, it's Cheney. I'll be a lot more comfortable when he's not in the world anymore.

    Corruption in Africa
    Well I never!

This happens in the West no doubt, it is just hidden. At least Africa doesn't hide or deny it

This wasn't anything but a scam, anyway. What was Nigeria going to do, put a former vice president of the United States in prison? Right, like that's gonna happen. That's a idiotic as the mayor of London arresting Bush.

I am now waiting for Haliburton to ask Nigeria to first wire a ten million dollar transfer fee to them, then never send the 250 million. Meanwhile, Haliburton asks Nigeria for all it's bank account numbers, so they "will know where to send the money". Then Haliburton clears all the money out of all the accounts. Yea, it would suck, but it would be poetic justice for Nigeria. LMAO.
