That would be unlikely since they are in point of fact considering honoring him.

I'm thinking you're wrong on this one.

    Manning's a pretty hip dude.
"I do not claim that every incident in the history of empire can be explained in directly economic terms. Economic interests are filtered through a political process, policies are implemented by a complex state apparatus, and the whole system generates its own momentum."

Do you understand that there are over 1 million Americans (plus foreign contractors and nationals) who have access to classified material on an almost daily basis?

If this classified material were actually as detrimental to our wellbeing as you'd like to claim, it would have been classified as top secret, and PRIVATE BENNING WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS IT.

Please stop misrepresenting what was actually leaked as if it truly endangers people's lives.

The information about possible targets is readily accessible utilizing a google search and a little common sense.
None of which addressed what I said, which is becoming a pattern.

Did you actually read the quote from Gates? Is this situation embarrassing? sure. Is it as detrimental as Erod wishes to claim (warranting execution by firing squad)? Hell no. And, that's exactly what Gates said.
You need to go back and read what Erod wrote. You have spent alot of time assuming you know what people mean despite what they say the last couple days. Erod was not claiming detriment(though Gates admits to there being a detriment), but that it was "unhelpful".

Really. It's celebrity gossip to address the fact that taxpayer dollars went to pay for child prostitution for Afghani diplomats through Dyncorp?

I'm sorry, but I think you've lost all perspective here. If there is a leak that is on par with the Pentagon Papers, that's it.
TMZ and juicy sex scandals go together.

Berkley is a city, it's not an ideology.
