HAVANA -- President Raul Castro celebrated Hanukkah on Sunday with Cuba's tiny Jewish community, a heavily symbolic act at a time when his government is holding a Jewish-American subcontractor on suspicion of spying.
Raul Castro said he hoped to have more time on another occasion to come and talk about "the Hebrew community in Cuba and the fabulous history of the Hebrew people."
This is the same guy whose statement was published by the regime official press: “On January 7, 2009 General Raul Castro hosted in Havana Iranian Special Envoy, Ali Akbar Mehrabian. Gen. Castro reiterated Cuba’s condemnation of the treacherous aggression against Gaza.” Granma, January 8, 2009. Granma is the official newspaper of Cuba’s Communist Party; Cuba’s ruling and only party.
This is what Fidel Castro said in a statement issued at the United Nations on June 14, 2010: ``The hatred felt by the state of Israel against the Palestinians is such that they would not hesitate to send the 1 ½ million men, women and children of that country to the crematoria where millions of Jews of all ages were exterminated by the Nazis,'' Castro said. ``It would seem that the Fuehrer's swastika is today Israel's banner,'' he said, referencing Adolf Hitler.
These Castro brothers are the guys who lashed out against the State of Israel, amoral and compulsory liars, Machiavelli’s characters.
