Just some more detailed information on this...

A link to the actual cable can be found here.

It was sent from the American embassy in Venezuela to the Secretary of State in Washington DC on the 14th of December 2009.

Instead they'll behave like the Lapdogs for Obama that they are, and frantically paw away to cover the doo-doo's.

So pardon me for bringing to light in leaked cables what journalists should have done... report the truth.
From the perspective of law he shouldn't be executed, he should get whatever punishment the court deems necessary.

From a personal perspective I'm not sure what I think. He took a responsibility when he signed up to the military not to leak classified documents, so he shouldn't, but what sound the punishment be? I certainly find execution or any prison sentence over 20 years extreme. Remember, this is just what I think personally on the subject. He should get whatever the law gives him (we must respect the rule of law), but that doesn't mean I can't disagree with the law.

Presumably you're making the claim that you DO have experience with the Venezuelan healthcare industry. To ask him to prove you don't have experience is a clear cut burden of proof fallacy. He only needs to provide evidence if he's claiming that you're not, which as far as I can see he isn't, he's simply challenging your claim. if you aren't claiming this then there's no problem.

I can't be bothered with every goofy claim made on these boards. You have no support for your remarks so lets just let it rest there.

Given that you're saying you have experience with Venezuela and he's challenging that claim, then you're making a positive claim and he's neither making a positive nor negative claim, he's simply asking for validation of your assertion. His opinion is neutral.

If you do have experience provide evidence, if you do not then say so and we don't have to further discuss this silly dispute.

    Who cares anyway?
