    Homeland chief backs DREAM

I would sure like to know how Amnesty would help do anything other than to tell the Mexicans still in Mexico to come on over.

This is a bad idea and I heard yesterday on the radio that it will effect as many as half a million in California alone.

We don't need to reward law breakers and don't give me any bovine scatology about how they were just kids it's their parents who broke the law. Once the kids are legal Mom and Dad get a pass that's the law, and it includes aunts and uncles and their kids.

I can't stand Napolitano she was a bad Gov. and now she's again out of her element which is someplace in San Francisco is my guess.

My choice for Homeland security Chief is about law enforcement.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano lobbied for the DREAM Act Thursday saying immigration enforcement will be improved if Congress approves the bill that would legalize hundreds of thousands of undocumented students brought here illegally by their parents when they were children.

In remarks to reporters from around the country during a conference call from Washington, Napolitano said passage of the DREAM Act would enable DHS to focus more aggressively on deporting foreign criminal convicts.

``It's important to point out that the DREAM Act fits into a larger strategy of immigration enforcement, and would actually complement the Department of Homeland Security's efforts to prioritize our enforcement resources on removing dangerous criminal aliens from the country,'' Napolitano said.

In otherwords "Approve the bill or we will continue to provide the same crappy security service along our borders instead of actually doing our jobs".

Sheriff Joe would make all illegals wear pink jump suits.

I can not say that I am surprised Napolitano would support the DREAM act. She has always been pro-illegal and has done any and everything she can to oppose any efforts to cut down on illegal immigration in Arizona. If she was still governor of Arizona she would have not signed SB1070. Its sad that we do not have the right people like Sheriff Joe as Homeland security Chief. Illegals would flee the country if men like him who actually believed in doing their job ran law enforcement agencies across the country.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"
