WikiLeaks: Iran 'obtains North Korea missiles which can strike Europe' - Telegraph

WikiLeaks: Iran 'obtains North Korea missiles which can strike Europe'
Iran has obtained ballistic missiles from North Korea that could be used to strike Western Europe, the leaked files suggest.

I recall Democrats yammering and calling Bush's Axis of Evil segment of the State of the Union in 2002 stupid and dangerous. I recall some saying there was no connection, so how could they be an axis? Seems Bush was right, and if anyone pays the price... it could be those pacifist, anti-American Europeans.

Bill Press: 'Axis of evil' reveals excess of ignorance
There is no connection between Iran, Iraq and North Korea. Iran and Iraq are sworn enemies. And North Korea has close ties with nobody.
Bill Press: 'Axis of evil' reveals excess of ignorance - CNN

Bush possessed the clear judgment to "connect the dots" and see threats where they lurked.

Also, for those who keep stating Iraq didn't have WMD, and Bush lied. CNN reports otherwise:
Bush's statements Tuesday were the some of the harshest by an American president against another nation since Ronald Reagan labeled the Soviet Union an "evil empire" in March 1983... Iraq, given its weak international position, longtime enmity against the United States and concerns about its program to produce weapons of mass destruction, is more of a question mark.

So apparently "Boo Wikileaks....unless they prove something I believe right!"

I'm guessing the follow-up will be "They're anti-American bastards, but they're RIGHT!"

Say what?
Is this your response to the Dems being tragically wrong... yet again?

Yep, that's all he's got.

The party of wrong. LOL

Oh what a tangled web we weave.......

John 8:32

Exodus 20:16

Maybe there's some truth to all that bible stuff after all?

The bottom has a rocky reputation.

China is involved too, and they got some of their most important missile technology by buying it from Slick Willie.

Yup. Chinese missiles weren't effective until US based Loral Corp. provided them with the technology. Loral was a big financial supporter of Bill Clinton.

Frankly, all of this was foreseeable. America is now reaping a bitter harvest. Too bad for America.

It wasn't just Loral giving money to Clinton's re-election campaign. The Chinese government gave millions, and some of that money came from the part of China's military that controls the ICBMs, most of which were pointed at the US.

...you're serious, aren't you?

I'm gonna start reaching for the Poe button.

That's right, but the corruption of the Democratic Party in that episode was swept under the rug by the Cox Commission. The later Chinese financial contributions to the Democratic Party (like the Hsu guy who is still in prison) haven't received much publicity. The Democrats have been funded big time by the Chinese. It was Bill Clinton who switched review of dual use technology sales to China from the Dept. of Defense to the Commerce Dept. Democrats have traditionally been weak on national security.

Wikileaks was fine as long as they were releasing documents that made bush look bad. But as soon as they started attacking Obama and the sacred Cow...lookout!

Wikileaks formed in 2006 and wasn't really in the news much until 2009 when the Climate Research Unit emails were leaked...

Wikileaks didnt hit the big time until they started releasing classified Gulf War documents. Seriously dude...

Just cause its on wikileaks doesn't mean its true, doesn't mean its NOT true. However wikileaks has been pretty active lately with some big time stuff. I don't personally have enough faith in it to trust it as a single source, if its something you can trust then it may bite you in the butt later.

I mean after all they've posted some pretty terrible stuff about what American forces have done in Iraq or Afghanistan, are you prepared to claim all that as truth too?

So you get your face mashed into the truth and this is the best comeback you can mustard?

Reading comprehension is rare here isn't it.

The Anti-Americans are not right they need to spend the rest of their hopefully short lives in prison.

The stolen information confirmed what was believed.

This story of the missiles was talked about a lot a few years back as I recall.

I wonder are some of those who post here dizzy from the spin they produce or are they dizzy before they produce their silly notions.

spot on

and on the other end of this dirty deal:

when is obama gonna talk to the leaders of iran, without preconditions?

where are all those tuff sanctions?

when's he gonna change america's image abroad, y'know, for the better?

what is bereft obama's blueprint regarding the shia?

bupkis

just like mideast peace, where he's more harm than good

just like chinese currency, obtuse obama's rodney dangerfield moment (according to the national journal and, essentially, the ny times) at this month's g20

just like the cruel mexican cartels, this admin doesn't even have a talking point (beyond hillary blaming american gun manufacturers)

our entire foreign policy under this cluelessly keystone crew is corrupted

who's running state, once again?

it's embarrassing

this president is a rank amateur, way over his head, he shows it day after day, almost without fail

where do his supporters go to get back their self respect?

Dood...he is a "clean, well spoken black man" (JB)......he had all of 2 years service as a senator...clearly qualified...I'd say he is kind of living up to his qualifications....

I think Europe and most of the world has kind of seen him for what he is. The frost is off the pumkin. he isnt evil incarnate...hell...he's probably a decent enough guy. And in some areas he has done a good job. He just isnt qualified to do the whole job and it is showing.

Anyone else thinking that its impossible to tell if this information is accurate? There's no other source to confirm it. Why is everyone assuming its true?

Good post.

When I think of the recent presidents that have passed through the oval office, Reagan, Bush-dumb and Bush dumber, Clinton, and now Obama, I have to wonder if a monkey couldn't do as good or better of a job.

The irony is, some folks, who know your words to be true, would still vote for somebody like Sarah Palin.

I think we should just send that chimp Bonzo back to Washington. That's all we've been getting anyways.

OK, I vote that we dig Reagan up, and put him back in the White House. True, dead men can't do anything, or provide leadership, but with the leadership we have been betting over the last decade, doing nothing is beginning to look like gold.

I agree...it drives me insane that we persistently choose who we have chosen. The problem is the election process eliminates qualified candidates and filters them down to the least common denominator. Who is pretty...who is handsome. Who can give an eloquent speech...hell in some cases (like McCain and Bob Dole) who's 'turn' is it. throw into the mix some of the candidates that DIDNT get elected...Gore...Kerry...(seriously...KERRY???) and yes...Palin.

Hell...give me somebody like Bobby Bowden or Joe Paterno. Give a John Gruden. Give me a Steve Jobs. Give me someone with some business sense...who knows how to delegate and hold people accountable and isnt beholden to a party. I dont give a damn if they smoked dope in college. I dont care if they have cheated on their wife. I want a qualified candidate. Thats yet another reason I vote Libertarian. My candidate may not win, but while others are laughing at my vote and choice I can laugh at them and say yeah...well...**** you...look who YOU voted for, jackass.
