It was against the law. Why don't you believe in the rule of law.

I believe in the rule of law and the entire process which includes the appeals process. Seems that liberals only believe in the process when the verdict is the one they want. When it isn't they go to court for a reversal

If you are right, and what happened to Delay has no impact on Texas politics, that indeed is a sad commentary on the state of your State.

One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

If you are a true Texan then you support the entire process which includes the "appeals process" therefore this isn't over yet.

Better look at your own state before condemning another

I am merely repeating what you have already said about your own state. You can't have it both ways.

As I pointed out what DeLay was convicted of doing had zero affect on national policies. Bush won the state by over 3 million votes in 2004, Kay Bailey Hutchinson won the Senate in a landslide, Cornyn won in 2008 and Obama lost the state by over a million votes. The will of the people is Conservative so what affect did DeLay have on the elections?

Then as a TX citizen you support the will of the people which makes those laws? Didn't the will of the people vote in this last election?
