Better yet, it should be up to "the States, or to the People" as per the 10th.This should be up to Congress.

They take these chemicals because idiots made a safe chemical illegal deades ago. Want to ban dangerous chemicals? How about starting with alcohol, which is orders of magnitude more dangerous than marijuana....Oops, already tried that, and it didn't work.
The way I see it, if somebody is doing drugs or alcohol, and is not hurting or violating the rights of others, it is none of the government's damn business. But don't tell that to the government, who wants to be the great nanny that protects us all from ourselves.
**** the government. It no longer represents "We the People", so **** them.
I know quite a few individuals who were not interested in getting arrested and were enjoying synthetic marijuana legally. Now they can be charged with using a Schedule I drug and possibly considered a felon. Enjoy your legal relaxation while it lasts.
How many unknown chemical agents do you surmise are present in cannabis? How many carcinogens? If anything, I would suspect that this "synthetic marijuana" is the safer and healthier option. It's the fact that the government is outlawing this safer and healthier option that is baffling to me; how can they claim to have a legitimate interest in doing so? These policies are bureaucratic madness.
You know I just discovered a way around the law. To have a hooker bar. I will have a hooker bar and these hookers will have sex with a client in a backroom. There the customer pays money to the actress because the both of them are filming a porno. So it would be legal.:2razz:
Bad idea. One of the benefits of purchasing sex is doing so on the basis of anonymity. A recording of a "hooker session" kills this.
Well the tape would not actually be in the recording or if it had to. It would be taped over the next session so there is never any proof.
That is hardly constitutional.

The lies about pot alo lead to increased teen pregnancy and the use of hard drugs because when a young person learns that Mom and Dad have been lying about Pot they figure they're lying about a lot of other things.
