We are getting off topic anyway.
I am waiting for an answer, how would you feel about a govt. that could have prevented the killing of one of your loved ones but didn't? How do you know that "waterboarding" didn't save a lot of lives and if one of those was someone you loved would it have been worth it?

It's not "my" opinion; it's the opinion of the sum total of world custom and tradition. Combating its scourge is the reason navies developed in the first place.

Why do you try to pass it off as mere "armed roberry," by the way, especially when you yourself fully recognize how disruptive it is to world economics, etc.? Could it be that you'd prefer to think that it "isn't so bad" to justify your, er, sniggering support of it?

Perhaps her loved ones are the terrorists.

Answering direct questions is something you and all other liberals never seem to do. What is it about liberalism that motivates individuals to ignore actual reality?

Oh, goodie! Let's start throwing around unsubstantiated accusations in an attempt to derail the argument into the territory of ad hominem! Brilliant!

I don't get it, what is it about liberalism that prevents them from admitting when wrong and running from the tough questions. Liberals feel and don't seem to think.

That is one example, want more? What makes your articles any more credible? What is it about liberalism that prevents you from ever admitting that you could be wrong?

"The Washington Post leads today with an extraordinary story cutting against the conclusions of a series of recent government and media reports to cast as straight news -- with a few hedges and qualifications -- that waterboarding and sleep deprivation worked like a charm to turn (Khalid Sheikh Mohammed) from an enemy into an 'asset.'"

I've answered this question before on a previous thread.

I would not utilize torture at all so why would I support my Government doing it?
