A - Yes.
Are toys legal?
A - Yes.
As long as they sell food that is legal for children to consume, and toys that are legal for children to possess, the government has absolutely no right to prevent them from selling those products.
FREEDOM... Look it up.

This law is so stupid. Seriously, what were these people thinking.
Lets say I become a parent.
Why should I have to pay for some fat ****s mistake? If I wanna get my kid a happy meal now and then, why can't I?
I know it sounds harsh but, for **** sake.
Why have they not banned any other childrens meals at ANY OTHER LOCATION.
We have a kids pack at work... hardly anyone gets it, maybe they should ban that too...
Matthew 10:34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Freedom is about people, families, making their own decisions about their lives. As long as toys and hamburgers are legal, McDonalds has the right to sell them, PERIOD.
What people choose for their families to wear, learn, worship, participate in, and yes, even eat, is completely up to them.
