If an Africian American says oh yea, I voted for Obama cause he's black, I ain't voting for that old white man, it's accepted by the mainstream. If I as a white man had said, I'm ain't voting for a black man, well, the mainstream would have happily handed me over to the mafia, and we all know it! Was it not racist the other way around with a black saying I'm not voting for a white man WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ONE PASSING GLANCE at the issues? Honestly.

I don't believe it is accepted by the mainstream. It may not carry the same weight, becasue frankly it isn't the same with the same history, but no one mainstream would decalre it alright or not question the thought process.

AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: I think the world vests too much power, certainly in the president, probably in Washington in general for its influence on the economy, because most all of the economy has nothing to do with the government.

If we remove it, hundreds of thousands will likely rise up to their true potential and advance in the social/economic classes. Another few thousand will be forced to the streets and likely die there. It's Darwinism at it's finest and until a plan emerges on what to do with those unwilling or unable to rise above welfare other then letting them slowly die off on our streets the citizens of this nation won't allow a drastic change.
No, there was private CHARITY before the advent of the welfare state. Government welfare was meager at best.

And in fact, it's the private charity which indeed negates your entire premise. The absence of government welfare does NOT end people's charitable giving and compassion.

There is/was a caste system in India precisely because people thought differently than that which was traditional in the Anglosphere, upon which our society is based. What the government does doesn't change how people think. Charity will continue.

It was certainly one of the reasosns behind it - and it is clearly evidenced by their rhetoric, arguing that the other guy, if elected, will cut benefits.

As private charity, not as a governmental entitlement for the masses.

THE REPORT itself is a long and very detailed analysis of the Tea Party history and activities and their associations with racist groups.
ROTFLOL... I think they mixed that report up with the one from The Democrat Primaries; H. Clinton v. B. Obama.

False assumption, a result of your worldview. Not connected to reality. Fantasy. Too much TV. Etc.

Did any ot the people in here who assume that the Tea Party is full of racists and bigots actually look at the NAACP report? Here's the first sentence..

We know the majority of Tea Party supporters are sincere, principled people of good will.

I know plenty of people who voted for Obama simply because of his race. I also know plenty of people who voted strictly along party lines. His assumption is absolutely correct.

Your statement is at best blind to reality.

Re: NAACP backs report that ties racist groups to tea party

I believe I have shown the NAACP is a RACIST organization and I want to point out that I am very seldom challenged on the substance of my statements because I do the work required to insure accuracy.

I am attacked and called names and there is always less than eloquent, drooling, Neanderthal who, throws up some gorilla dust in a lame attempt to divert attention away from the central topic or the facts because as I always say if we stick to the facts and the truth the Left can't fight compete.

This subject is not really any different the Left want so had to believe their own lies they have adopted the Obama policy which is to create a bigger lie to cover the one you just got caught in.

I invite everyone to watch the following and make note of the less than intelligent deliver by the NAACP members. They sound like High School drop outs.
That by the way is not a racist comment it's an honest opinion kind of like the one that got Liberal Juan Williams fired from the extreme Leftist NPR.

    Watch listen learn:

As it turns out the NAACP report was written by Leonard Zeskind and Devin Burghart extremely Anti-American in every every way.

    Prove me wrong!
